Terms of Service

By accessing or using predictium.ai (the "Service"), operated by Predictium LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Predictium provides NBA prediction analytics, including game spread and total forecasts, moneyline probabilities, player prop projections, RAPM (Regularized Adjusted Plus-Minus) ratings, and fantasy projections. Our predictions are generated by statistical models trained on publicly available NBA data.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to engage in sports analytics and, if applicable, sports wagering in your jurisdiction.

You may create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at doyle.dettro@predictium.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Predictium offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Trial: 7-day trial with access to core features.
• Weekly: $19.99/week, billed weekly.
• Monthly: $49.99/month, billed monthly.
• Season Pass: $99.99/season, billed once.
• Data API: $49.99/month for programmatic API access.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Predictium data or predictions without written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data beyond authorized API access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our models, algorithms, or proprietary systems.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or engage in any unlawful activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

All content on predictium.ai — including models, predictions, analytics, visualizations, design, and code — is the property of Predictium LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. NBA data used in our models is sourced from publicly available sources including the NBA API and Basketball Reference.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictium LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Predictium in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predictium LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7-11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
