Predictium LLC ("Predictium," "we," "us") is an Illinois limited liability company operating predictium.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Account Information: When you sign up via Google or Apple authentication, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full payment details. Stripe provides us with a payment token, last four digits of your card, and billing status.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages viewed, features accessed, prediction queries, and session duration. This helps us improve the product.

Device and Log Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL when you visit predictium.ai.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, subscription changes).
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our analytics and user experience.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google — Authentication (if you sign in with Google). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple — Authentication (if you sign in with Apple). Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• Supabase — Authentication and database services.

We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function. We do not provide these services with data beyond what is required for their specific purpose.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).

Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymized, aggregated form and is not linked back to individual accounts after deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted storage, and secure authentication flows. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with appropriate access controls.

No system is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

We use essential cookies required for the Service to function (authentication sessions, preferences). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain processing of your data.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
